La actividad de nuestra empresa está dirigida al transporte de personas. Limousine Rental como compañía de alquiler de vehículos con conductor pretende ofrecer el mejor servicio siempre intentando cubrir al máximo las expectativas del cliente. Por lo tanto, hay 2 aspectos que hay que cuidar en todo momento: el equipo humano y la flota de vehículos.

Como en toda empresa, Limousine Rental, necesita de mano de obra para poder brindar la calidad en los servicios que sus clientes merecen. Nuestro equipo humano consta del equipo directivo que se encarga de la toma de decisiones, pero también prestan servicios como conductores, hecho que pone de manifiesto su experiencia en el sector, ya que conocen de primera mano las impresiones de nuestros clientes.

Por otro lado está el personal de oficina: departamento de contabilidad y reservas, que se encargan de gestionar los servicios y cercionarse de que todo salga perfecto. Y por último, pero no menos importantes, son nuestros conductores. Ellos son la última pieza de la cadena de trabajo de Limousine Rental. Son la imagen de la empresa y de ellos depende el grado de satisfacción de nuestro cliente. Por esta razón, para trabajar  en Limousine Rental se requiere:

• Hablar bien diferentes idiomas (al menos Inglés)
• Conocer la ciudad de Barcelona
• Aptitudes para el sector turístico
• Aptitudes personales como la puntualidad, la discreción y buena presencia.

No obstante nuestra empresa no lograría el éxito que tiene con solo su equipo humano, sino gracias a la simbiosis que representa el conductor y su vehículo.

LIMOUSINE RENTAL: OUR TEAM

Our company activity is directed to transport people. Limousine Rental as a company of rent a car with driver pretend to offer always the best service trying to cover the maximum expectatives of the client. Therefore, there are 2 aspects that it is  necessary to take care of all the time: our team and our fleet of vehicles.

Like in every company, Limousine Rental, needs a great team to be able to offer the best quality services that its clients deserve. The Management Team that takes care of decisions, but also they works as drivers if necessary, so they are improving their experience in the this sector, because they know by first hand the impressions of our clients.

On the other hand the Office Team is: accounting department and reservations, which take charge managing the services and making sure that everything works out perfect. And finally, but not less important, our Drivers. They are the last piece of the chain of Limousine Rental's work. They are the image of the company and from them depend the level of satisfaction of our client. For this reason, to be employed at Limousine Rental requires:

 ·          To speak different languages at a good level (at least English)

 ·          To know the city of Barcelona

 ·          Skills for the tourist sector

 ·          Personal skills like punctuality, discretion and good presence.

 Nevertheless our company would not achieve the success that has only with its Team, but thanks to the simbiosis that represents the driver and his vehicle we reach it service by service.
